Introduction to the Rules
Our game rules and operating policies (hereinafter the "Participating Rules") govern your use of any information taken or used from our website, including your registration and participation in any ThePalaces™ game (hereinafter the "Game").

Please make certain that you read the Participating Rules carefully. Each time you use funds from your Player Account to play a Game or you enter our website, you are confirming your full understanding and acceptance of the Participating Rules. In the event that you have any questions about the Participating Rules, please contact us for clarification. Should you not be willing to accept the terms of this agreement, you should not play the Game.

Fairness Statement
We believe that the ThePalaces Game system has been designed to be 100% fair to all players.  Unlike a Bingo hall where a Player can YELL Bingo and halt the Game immediately, Internet Bingo is played across the globe in many different time zones through a large network of interconnected routers and satellite connections. Although there are times when the Internet runs smoothly and network traffic arrives to it's destination on time, there are a number of factors that can prevent data from arriving.

In the event of our customers experiencing any problems we fully investigate the matter. The developers have worked very hard to ensure that our system is very robust and able to automatically deal with lost connections and other technical faults. We have asked our developers to deliver a Bingo game to our players that will guarantee that the money they spend is well invested. We want to ensure that when a player purchases a game card they have every chance of winning and that the outcome of the game is NOT affected by the:
 

1. Instability of the internet
2. Speed of one players internet connection over the other player or
3. Physical location on the globe.

The following "Game System Protocol" explains to all of our players how the game system works, that it is undeniably random, and most importantly, that it is fair and enjoyable.

Game System Protocol:

1. The Game Server Starts a New game by selecting the Game pattern for the next game.
2. The Game server enables player card purchasing.
3. The Players manually select their game cards from a deck of 30,000 unique bingo cards.
4. Players purchase their desired cards. The purchase requests are sent to the game server.
5. The game server receives the purchase requests from the players and enters their selected cards into the game. The server sends an acknowledgement back to the player telling the player that their cards have been purchased, and entered into the game.
6. 10 Seconds before game start time the game server suspends further card purchasing.
7. The game server then generates 75 numbers between 1 and 75 or 90 numbers between 1 and 90 using the systems random number generator.
8. The game server then systematically applies the random calls to each of the player purchased bingo cards and cross checks each card with the winning pattern. With this procedure the game server has now determined the number of winning bingo cards in the deck of player purchased cards and at which call the cards have won.
9. The game server then broadcasts all of the calls to the players game clients.
10. The player's game client software receives this information and begins calling the numbers.
11. Calls are presented to the user every ten seconds.
12. Players can then play and chat with other players knowing that in the event of any system, or telecommunications interruption their cards have been fairly entered into the game and that in each case the true game winner (or winners) will be awarded the prize.

The outline provided here shows that our game system is fair and completely random. Players are presented with random cards which they can select at random. The 75 or 90 calls for the game are generated randomly AFTER the card sales have closed.

The only factor that enters into determining a winner is the cards that players select on their own. There are no external or internal factors that assist or deter people from winning – it is purely a combination of card selection strategy and luck.

Players are always credited with wins regardless of program or network problems during a game in progress.

Finally, players should be aware that ThePalaces ensures that it's operation is fair and ethical. It is regulated by the UK Gaming Commission under a UK Gaming Commission Remote Gaming Licence.

Contract Notice

When you enter our website and choose to make a Purchase to play a Game, you are entering into a contract with the Palatial Leisure Ltd.

By playing a Game or otherwise using information from our website, you agree that the Laws of the United Kingdom will govern your use of our website and the Participating Rules of the Game. If you do not intend to attorn to the Laws of the United Kingdom, we would ask that you not play the Game.

Definitions and Terminology Used in Our Game

A Player Is a person who registers to play ThePalaces™ by filling out our registration form with the required information, correctly completed, and makes a Purchase.

A Purchase occurs after a Player enters the ThePalaces™ website and Purchases Bingo card(s) from funds that has been deposited in a Players Account by the Player. When a Player elects to deposit funds into their Player Account by one of our e-commerce systems, the Purchase must be validated by ThePalaces™ and its credit card and other agents. In the event that the Purchase is subject to a charge-back, or is otherwise incomplete, the Purchase becomes void. A game Purchase is considered valid if the Player's transaction to deposit cash funds is complete. We can not offer refunds once a Purchase is made. All Purchases are made in United Kingdom currency.

A Card represents a set of a randomly collected numbers between 1 and 75 (inclusive) organized in 5 column, 5 row configurations or a set of randomly collected numbers between 1 and 90 (inclusive) organized in 5 column, 3 row configuration. Until a Card is in play, Players have the option to change the collection of numbers by selecting a new Card. Once a Player accepts the collection of numbers for any Game, the Card becomes valid and In Play.

A Sheet represents one (1), two (2), three (3) or four (4) sets of a randomly generated Bingo cards. A player can elect to purchase individual cards from £0.01 to £2.00 each.

A Game is a collection of purchased rows that are valid and in play.

A Game Variation is a specified pattern that must be matched on a Player's card in order to win a Game and receive a Prize.

A Call is a broadcast message from our Game server, received by your computer containing a randomly generated number between 1 and 75 or 1 and 90.

A Bingo Call is a broadcast message from a Player’s computer, received by the ThePalaces™ game server identifying that Player as a holder of a Game Variation.

In Play will be the term used to describe any Game that has been initialized by our Game server.

A Prize is a cash allotment that is payable to a Player (or Players if there are more than one winner) who identifies to Palatial Leisure Limited, through a Bingo Call, a match to the Game Variation of a Player Card. Prizes are automatically deposited into a Players Winner Account.

The Parties: ThePalaces™ and the Player.

A Player ID is username that is assigned to the player by ThePalaces at the time of registration, such used by the parties to uniquely identify a Player.

A Player Account is the account in which the Player’s may deposit funds, buy into games, deposit winnings into and request payouts from.

Once a Card is In Play, the Game Credit can not be returned to the Player.

Participation Rules

To participate in a Game a Player must be 18 years of age or older, must read and consent to all of the Participating Rules and must have authorization to use a valid credit card acceptable to ThePalaces™.

Participation will require that Players register with ThePalaces™ by correctly completing the registration details and offering a full name, address, city, postal code, country, e-mail address and telephone number. For any subsequent participation, a Player must login with their Player ID (provided by ThePalaces™) and the Player password.

Games will be offered at approximately 2 (two) to 4 (four) minutes after completion of a previous game. ThePalaces™ has exclusive authority to modify the Game schedule without prior notice.

Any Player who wins a Prize may be transmitted a reference number which will identify a specific win. The Player is responsible for the preserving of any reference numbers provided.

In the event that there is a discrepancy between the Game Variation as it is recorded in ThePalaces's database, and that recorded by the Player, the Calls recorded in the ThePalaces™ game server shall be considered valid.

A Purchase will be void if for any reason payment is not received by ThePalaces™ or if there is an applicable charge-back at a later date. ThePalaces™ reserves the right to limit any Player's participation in a Game, particularly in the event that a Purchase is rendered void.

Prizes will be deposited into the Player’s Account.

The balance of a Winners Account will be mailed upon a request by the Player, to the mailing address provided at registration. A minimum payout request of £20 is required.

Employees of the Palatial Leisure Limited are prohibited from participating in a Game.

Residents of the USA, Turkey and any other jurisdiction in which participation in online gaming contravenes the local laws are prohibited from participating in any game and also from registering with ThePalaces

Players can request a Payout only under the following conditions:

1. Players can request a payout from their winnings only. The amounts cannot exceed their Player Account cash balance which must be in good standing. Palatial Leisure Limited reserves the right to withhold any such payments until all financial transactions have been settled and cleared.
2. Players can request a payout if they wish to close their Players account. Any unpaid or outstanding charges will be subtracted from their account balance in the event of charge backs.
3. Players CANNOT request a payout from deposits made to their account unless they wish to cash out and close their Player Account. Requesting payouts from their account balance derived from deposits and not wins will be deemed a cash advance from the Palatial Leisure Limited and a misuse of our online purchasing system. In such cases, Palatial Leisure Limited may levy a surcharge to offset transaction and administrative costs.
4. In ALL cases, Palatial Leisure Limited reserves the right to withhold any such payments until all financial transactions have been settled and cleared.
5. The minimum payout for processing is £20
6. Payouts of less than £20 may not be put into pending whilst trying to use bonus money. This practice will result in nullifying any bonus money and account being closed.
7. A player may not request a payout from the site unless they have previously made at least 1 deposit.

You are only allowed to register once. Multiple accounts are strictly forbidden and will result in your accounts being disabled. You are limited to one account per household.

Bonus Abuse
The bonus system is intended to reward genuine players on our website. All bonuses are awarded at the discretion of the management and may be withdrawn at any point. Any player found to be abusing the bonus system will have their account suspended.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Depositing funds to accrue bonuses and then withdrawing them again without using those funds to participate in the site.
• Changing player details to meet bonus qualifying criteria.
• Making false claims about site or game performance or results.
• Using multiple player accounts.

Cost of Playing ThePalaces
A player can elect to purchase individual cards from £0.01 to £2.00 each. Players can purchase as little as 1 (one) card to participate in a game. Players can purchase up to 24 rows (4 cards for each row) to participate in a game. Players can start another ThePalaces game program to play more than 24 rows of cards per game.

Claiming Prizes
Prizes shall be automatically deposited to your Player Account cash balance. Players can purchase games from their winnings or request a payout be made back to the credit or debit card used to make deposits to ThePalaces.  Alternatively, players may request a payout from selected Palatial Leisure Limited business premises in the UK on production of photo ID.  Because all ThePalaces™ payments are authorized by our Custodian and Trustees, who administer all of ThePalaces’s financial transactions, it may take up to thirty (30) days for you to receive your Prize.

Players who wish to claim their prize money must request a "payout". This can be done by visiting the Players Area and selecting the Payout Request link.

Draw Rules
All draws on Palatial Leisure sites require an element of games participation.
All draws will require a person to log in and or play games to participate.
There will be no charge to participate but only to have played bona fide pay games unless otherwise stated.
Any irregularities in particulars of winner or card details held will render customer account invalid.
Management decision is final.

18. To play a Game you must have sufficient funds credited to your account. You can only place a wager from your account.

31. In the event that you win MegaJackpots®:

31.1. the Wesbite Provider will provide WagerWorks with the following information: your name, age, town, county, state and/or country of residence together with the fact that you have won MegaJackpots®; and

31.2. you will be required to supply proof of your identity, residence and age to WagerWorks.

32. When you play a MegaJackpots® Game you authorise WagerWorks, in the event that you win MegaJackpots®, to publicise your name, town, county, state and/or country of residence together with the fact that you have won MegaJackpots®.

33. Verification of a win in a MegaJackpots® Game can take up to 72 business hours. If you win MegaJackpots® you only become entitled to the prize money once your win has been verified. Where a win is not verified to Wagerworks' satisfaction that win can be annulled by WagerWorks.

34. If you win MegaJackpots® you will be informed in writing when your win has been verified.

35. Except in case of a MegaJackpots® win, the prize money in any Game will, as a rule and provided all these terms and conditions and all the Website's terms and conditions have been observed, be paid to you by the Website Provider.

36. In case of a MegaJackpots® win WagerWorks will, provided all these terms and conditions and all the Website's terms and conditions have been observed, pay or procure the payment of the prize money to you.

37. If you win MegaJackpots® the prize money shall be paid to you in 20 equal annual instalments. For the avoidance of doubt, no interest will accrue in your favour on any unpaid balance. In lieu of the annual payments, a MegaJackpots® winner will be offered the option of selecting a reduced lump sum amount based on the present value of the future payments.

38. Either WagerWorks or the Website Operator may discontinue the provision of a Game at any time.

39. Following a MegaJackpots® win WagerWorks shall be entitled to establish the re-seed amount at its absolute discretion.

40. When you play a Game you agree to forfeit your wager and any winnings if you leave the Game "in progress" for a period of 90 days or more. For example, in a game of Black Jack, if the cards are dealt but you do not make the decision to "hit" or "stand" within 90 days from the day on which you have made the wager you will loose both that wager and any winnings that you may have otherwise been entitled to. In order to avoid this situation occurring you should follow the procedures set out in the Game Rules.

41. Should either WagerWorks or the Website Provider decide to discontinue the provision of a MegaJackpots® Game, or should a MegaJackpots® Game become unavailable due to Force Majeure, any prize money related to that Game's MegaJackpots® shall be appropriated by WagerWorks.

42. We may increase the jackpot amount at any time or decrease the size of the jackpot award upon reset of a new MegaJackpots® game.

43. If two players simultaneously win MegaJackpots®, WagerWorks' systems server shall determine who of the two is to receive the prize money. The other person shall be entitled to the MegaJackpots® re-seed amount.

44. The Games are provided "as is". WagerWorks makes no warranty or representation, express or implied, in respect of the Games.

45. You play the Games entirely at your own risk.

46. You shall not hold WagerWorks, its owners, employees, affiliates, suppliers or other companies or people linked to WagerWorks responsible for any costs or damages (including without limitation, any direct, indirect, punitive or consequential loss or damages or any loss of income profits, goodwill, data or contracts and whether in tort, contract or otherwise) that you incur as a result of your:

46.1. use of the Website or the Games;

46.2. use of any material from the Website;

46.3. use of any WagerWorks' servers;

46.4. use of any of WagerWorks' software; or

46.5. participation in any Game or the winning of any prize;

but nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit liability for any matter, liability for which cannot be excluded under the applicable law.

47. Access to the Website may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond WagerWorks' control.

52. WagerWorks reserves the right not to release to you any funds it suspects to be connected to or proceeding from crime.

53. You agree not to download, rent, lease, loan, distribute, create derivate works, copy, re-use, modify, adapt, attempt to decompile, decipher, disassemble, reverse engineer, decrypt or discover the source code of all or any portion of the Games, create improvements, or seek to obtain intellectual property protection on the content of and intellectual property rights in the Games.

54. The use of the Games other than in accordance with these terms and conditions is prohibited.

55. Any rights not expressly granted in these terms and conditions are reserved.

56. You agree to fully indemnify, defend and hold WagerWorks its owners, employees, affiliates, suppliers or other companies or people linked to WagerWorks, harmless immediately on demand from and against all claims, demands liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including legal fees and any other charges whatsoever, howsoever caused, that may arise as a result:

56.1. of any breach by you of these terms and conditions;

56.2. violation by you of any law or the rights of any third party;

56.3. use by you of the Games or use by any other person accessing the Games using your user identification, whether or not with your authorisation; or

56.4. acceptance of any winnings.

57. Where there is a conflict between any provision of the Website's terms and conditions of use and these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall prevail.

59. Player's agree that they are 18 years of age and have authorization and authority to use the credit card offered to Palatial Leisure Limited for a Purchase.

ThePalaces's liability with respect to any claim made by a Player shall be limited to the Prize.

Under no circumstances will ThePalaces™ be liable to any costs or expenses incurred by a Player in making a claim.

ThePalaces™ will not be held liable to any costs or expenses incurred by a Player for any overdrafts relating to deposits to Player Accounts made through our e-commerce systems. It is the Player's responsibility to ensure that sufficient funds are available to them before they make a deposit to their Player Accounts via our e-commerce systems.

ThePalaces™ will not be held liable to any costs or expenses incurred by a Player for any overdrafts resulting from multiple deposits to a Player's Accounts made through the improper use of our e-commerce systems. Reloading a cash deposit transaction page constitutes misuse of our e-commerce system and as such, ThePalaces™ will not be held responsible or liable for any overdraft charges or costs that they may incur as a result misuse of our e-commerce systems. ThePalaces will issue a credit for any multiple billings arising from the use or misuse of our e-commerce systems.

ThePalaces™ shall have the right to suspend or withdraw any participation at its absolute discretion. Personal details of all Players will remain confidential unless Players agree to their details being used for future publicity purposes.

ThePalaces™ will not be liable for any loss of whatever nature arising from the cancellation of any round, including the loss, for whatever reason, of the chance to participate in the Game.

In particular, but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, ThePalaces™ will not be liable to any person:

1. In the event of force majeure,
2. For the failure of, or damage or destruction of ThePalaces's central computer system or records, or any part thereof,
3. For delays, losses, errors or omissions resulting from failure of any telecommunications or other data transmission system, for any delay resulting in non receipt of any participation for a particular round.

ThePalaces™ will not be liable for any loss as a result of an act of God, an outbreak of hostilities, riot, civil disturbance, acts of terrorism, the act of any Government or authority (including refusal or revocation of any license or consent), fire, explosion, flood, hurricane, theft, malicious damage, strike, lock-out, or industrial action of any kind.

The Parties shall not commit nor purport to commit the other to honour any obligation other than is specifically provided for by these Participation Rules.

The Player accepts liability for any damages which may be caused by the misuse of his/her membership number and access-code details on Internet.

These Participation Rules constitute the entire Agreement and understanding between the Parties.

Protection of Customer Funds
Palatial Leisure Limited has taken steps to protect customer funds in the event of insolvency. A ring-fenced account will be maintained at all times containing a value in excess of the total of all cash balances held by player accounts on the website.

ThePalaces™ reserves the right to amend these Rules from time to time and vary them without prior notice.

Welcome Bonus until the 31st December 2009*

1. The deposit match (100%) bonus is "unqualified" which means if you withdraw your deposit that we matched with bonus, you loose the bonus.

2. The welcome deposit match bonus (like all bonuses on the site) expire within 30 days and can be used only to play bingo

3. When you meet the 2.5 times wagering requirement (you wager 2.5 times of your bonus in bingo) your bonus becomes qualified so you are free to withdraw your winnings.

4. If you loose 75% of your deposit the deposit-match bonus also becomes qualified!

5. The daily £5 awarded in case you have played with the previous day bonus. It is qualified with no wagering requirement.

6. Bonus money cannot be withdrawn and can be used after cash funds in the account are exhausted.
