Occasionally, some people have problems with gambling and it stops being fun. If this happnens to you then there are many avenues to turn for help - we are one of them and will do our very best to assist you.

All of our management team have received guidance and training to be vigillant and help those who need it and, of course, you can always speak to Patrick directly who will do all he can to help.

The sooner you get help the better so come forward and let us help you.

One of the ways that we can help is by giving you the opportunity to exclude yourself from our clubs and websites. By filling out our Self Exclusion Form or by contacting any of our managers you can choose to exclude yourself from all of our premesis and webistes for between 6 months and 5 years.

Self Exclusion helps to remove the temptation. Our management staff will help you by ensuring that we do not allow you access to our premesis and we will disable all online and offline memberships. Following a 24 hour 'cooling-off period', the exclusion cannot be lifted for any reason until it expires at which point you would have to contact us in person or by telephone to request the accounts to be re-opened.

You can also seek help from GamCare who are a government body offering advise and assistance to those for whom gambling has become a problem. The GamCare Website can be found at www.gamcare.org.uk and you can call them for help or advise on their dedicate advice line, 0845 6000133.
